sarvāṅge prasveda chuṭe tāte raktodgama
jaja gaga’ ‘jaja gaga’-gadgada-vacana

Synonyms

sarvāṅge—all over the body; prasveda—perspiration; chuṭe—flows; tate—along with it; rakta-udgama—oozing out of blood; jaja gaga jaja gaga—a sound indicating the name Jagannātha; gadgada—choked up due to ecstasy; vacana—words. 

Translation

Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s whole body flowed with perspiration and at the same time oozed blood. He made the sounds “jaja gaga, jaja gaga” in a voice choked with ecstasy.
