‘choṭa-haridāsa’ nāma prabhura kīrtanīyā
tāhāre kahena ācārya ḍākiyā āniyā

choṭa-haridāsa nama—a devotee named Choṭa Haridāsa; prabhura kīrtanīyā—a chanter of songs for Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tahare—unto him; kahena—says; ācārya—the ācārya; ḍākiyā aniya—calling him to his place. ¶
Translation
A devotee named Choṭa Haridāsa used to sing for Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. Bhagavān Ācārya called him to his home and spoke as follows. ¶
