pūrve mahāprabhu more karena sammāna
duḥkha pāi’ mane āmi kailuṅ anumāna
Synonyms
pūrve—previously; mahāprabhu—Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu; more—unto Me; karena—does; sammāna—respect; duhkha—unhappy; pai—becoming; mane—in the mind; ami—I; kailuṅ—made; anumāna—a plan. ¶
Translation
“Formerly Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu always respected Me as His senior, but I did not like such respect. Therefore, My mind being afflicted by unhappiness, I made a plan. ¶
