phalgu-prāya bhaṭṭera nāmādi saba-vyākhyā
sarvajña prabhu jāni’ tāre karena upekṣā
Synonyms
phalgu-prāya—generally useless; bhaṭṭera—of Vallabha Bhaṭṭa; nama-ādi—the holy name and so on; saba—all; vyākhyā—explanations; sarva-jna—omniscient; prabhu—Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; jani—knowing; tare—him; karena upekṣā—neglects. ¶
Translation
Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu is omniscient. Therefore He could understand that Vallabha Bhaṭṭa’s explanations of Kṛṣṇa’s name and Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam were useless. Therefore He did not care about them. ¶
