ūnaviṁśe-mathurā haite prayāga-gamana
tāra madhye śrī-rūpere śakti-sañcāraṇa

Translation
In the Nineteenth Chapter, the Lord returned to Prayāga from Mathurā and empowered Śrī Rūpa Gosvāmī to spread devotional service. ¶
