mahāprabhu cali’ cali’ āilā vārāṇasī
candraśekhara mililā grāmera bāhire āsi’
Synonyms
mahāprabhu—Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; cali cali—walking and walking; aila—arrived; vārāṇasī—at Vārāṇasī; candraśekhara—Candraśekhara; milila—He met; grāmera—of the village; bāhire—outside; asi—coming. ¶
Translation
After walking and walking, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu finally arrived at Vārāṇasī, where He met Candraśekhara, who was coming out of the city. ¶
