‘grāme-grāme’ nūtana āvāsa karibā
pāṅca-sāta navya-gṛhe sāmagrye bharibā

Synonyms

grāme-grāme—in every village; nūtana—new; avasa—residential places; kariba—you should construct; panca-sata—five to seven; navya-gṛhe—in new houses; sāmagrye—with food; bhariba—you should fill. 

Translation

His orders read: “In every village you should construct new residences, and in five or seven new houses, you should store all kinds of food.
