mokṣākāṅkṣī jñānī haya tina-prakāra
mumukṣu, jīvan-mukta, prāpta-svarūpa āra
Synonyms
mokṣa-ākāṅkṣī—those who desire to merge into the impersonal Brahman; jnani—advanced in knowledge; haya—are; tina-prakara—three varieties; mumukṣu—desiring to be liberated; jīvat-mukta—already liberated, even in this life; prapta-svarupa—self-realized; ara—and. ¶
Translation
“Those who wish to merge into the impersonal Brahman are also divided into three categories—those desiring to be liberated, those already liberated and those who have realized Brahman. ¶
